Return and Refund Policy

At sportswear-performance, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return conditions above.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sportswear-performance.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
After review, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not exclude any product category from returns, provided the item meets the return conditions stated above.
