Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed on business days only. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, sales, holidays, or due to unexpected delays.
Estimated Delivery Time
International delivery usually takes 8 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local delivery services, customs clearance, and circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We offer international shipping to eligible destinations.
If your location is not available at checkout, it means we are currently unable to ship to your address.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over €50.
The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before any additional charges, where applicable.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the order has been shipped.
Delivery Delays
